MCP Video QC Server

UploadCheck provides an MCP server named uploadcheck so agents can estimate checked minutes, run local media files, fetch reports, retrieve marker CSVs, and rerun after repairs.

Requires UPLOADCHECK_API_KEY.

Returns timestamped media QC evidence.

`qc_run_local_file`

Runs a full-timeline UploadCheck pass against a local export or upload reservation.

`qc_get_report`

Fetches the report JSON that agents use for BLOCK/WATCH routing and repair decisions.

`qc_get_marker_csv`

Returns editor markers for review, timeline repair, and client handoff workflows.
